What time is the check-in time?

Check-in time is 3pm-11pm. If you will arrive after 11pm, please contact with us before you arrive.

Yes, we do from 7am before check-in and until 11pm after check-out.

Can I extend the check-out time?

Check-out time is 10am and if you extend, \1000 for one hour. But it might be impossible to extend because of the booking conditions or other reasons.

All building is smoking free but there is the smoking terrace on 3rd floor.

Yes. There are toilets and shower rooms for each floor.

What amenities do you have?

We have hand soap, rinse-in-shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, slippers. Also, bath towel (¥200) and face towel (¥100) are rentable, and tooth brush and laundry powder are on sale (¥100 for each).

We have phone chargers and adopters for free rental.

How can I keep my valuables?

You can use lockable locker in the room. Please keep your valuables to yourself. We have no responsibilities for that.

Can I go out late night?

Yes, you can. After 11pm, the entrance door will be locked so we will give you the passcode for it and you can go out anytime.

Is that possible to stay this hostel with my kids?

Under 16 years old people are not to be allowed to stay our hostel even they are together with their guardians. Also, people under 20 years old without their guardians needs a consent form from their guardians.
